I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, thoughtful, and individualized mental health care for adults. My approach is grounded in careful listening, accurate diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment, with the goal of helping patients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their care. My clinical experience spans both acute and outpatient psychiatric settings, where I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. I specialize in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy, always taking the time to explain treatment options, answer questions, and involve patients in shared decision-making. I currently provide independent outpatient psychiatric care, with a focus on clear communication, thoughtful medication management, patient education, and coordinated care when collaboration with other providers is helpful. I believe that effective treatment is built on trust, respect, and a strong therapeutic relationship. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish and strive to offer culturally sensitive, accessible care to diverse communities.
