Hello my name is Melissa Docteur and I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I received my masters from Hunter college, and I also have a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Albany where I double majored in human biology and communications. My approach is to provide therapeutic and holistic care with medication management when necessary. As a PMHNP my goal is to provide a welcoming and safe space for patients to freely express themselves so that effective treatment can be provided.
