Noelle Aronica is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing trauma-informed, holistic care that honors the mind-body connection. She specializes in supporting individuals managing anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, PMDD, and ADHD across the lifespan. Drawing from her experience in adolescent behavioral health and her background as a yoga and meditation teacher, Noelle takes a compassionate, somatic approach that fosters embodiment. She guides clients in attuning to bodily sensations, exploring emotions as meaningful messengers, and cultivating greater self-compassion. While the work together may feel profound at times, she also values the role of humor and lightness in the healing process. As a prescriber, Noelle takes a collaborative and mindful approach to medication management, focusing on the lowest-risk, evidence-based regimens while empowering clients through education and choice. She integrates psychodynamic therapy with mindfulness and compassion-based practices to explore your personal story. Noelle earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Pace University and is committed to guiding each client toward growth, resilience, and a more empowered life.
